While the employee was wearing a hard hat at the time, they felt a pain in their neck as a result. Employee is currently resting at home after medical attention, expected to return next week.

Showing all 19Employee was working on screen doing a product screen change. EE was working with another employee. EE was in the hopper under the screen removing hardware for center hold down strip when a rock fell through the screen hitting them in the back of the neck.
While greasing the cylinder on the Dozer the cylinder head did not appear to be getting the grease. The employee looked over the cylinder head grease fitting and it popped off and struck EE in the right eye
Emp suffered a burn to left hand while heating up an elbow. EE used bare hand to re position it.
Contractor Employee was working on tracks of excavator and had to remove built up dry dirt to get to the bolts. As they were scrapping the dried dirt, a small sliver of metal became embedded into the left forearm

EE WAS USING A SHORT HANDLED HOE TO PUSH THE SKIRTING RUBBER BACK ONTO BELT #37. THE HOE SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO STRIKE HIS HAND ON A RETURN ROLLER BRACKET CUTTING HIS FINGER.
