IT IS UNDETERMINED IF THIS IS A REPORTABLE INCIDENT DUE TO THE FACT HE LOST NO DUTY TIME AND DID NOT TAKE MEDICATION. HE DID NOT GO FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT UNTIL FRIDAY AFTER WORKING TWO FULL SHIFTS.
EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING A HOSE WHEN THE HOSE GOT STUCK ON A ROCK AND HE PULLED AND STRAINED HIS SHOULDER. THE EE CONTINUED TO WORK AND DID NOT REPORT THE INJURY OR SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 7-22-02. IT IS UNDETERMINED IF THIS INCIDENT IS A REPORTABLE INCIDENT DUE TO THE FACT THE EE DID NOT LOSE ANY TIME OFF, AND HE TOOK NO MEDICATION.
