Employee complained of pain in right hand/wrist/arm rendering ee unable to perform duties. Employee attributed cause of pain to filling, lifting and handling 50lb bags of processed shell product.

Employee was shrink-wrapping a pallet of bags by pulling a shrink-wrap roll around the pallet. As employee bent down to wrap the bottom part of the pallet, he felt a pain in his lower back. No excessive pushing or pulling occurred, injury occurred while bending over. Employee was diagnosed with a lumbosacral back strain.

Employee unloading pallets of sacks from enclosed van. Employee assisting another in turning the pallet by hand. While the pallet was being turned, it rocked and smashed employees' hand between the sacks and the wall of the van. Employee suffered crush injury to right hand.

While repairing dredge pump drive unit, EE's hand became pinched in the drive belt. The unit was not operating, but tension of belt broke his little (pinky) finger on his left hand.
