Showing all 11Employee was putting a piece of metal on the back of a truck when his finger was caught between the metal and the bed of the truck. Employees finger was smashed and two blood blisters formed.
On July 28, EE was changing screens in a shaker and scratched his elbow and finger. On Aug. 8 EE complained that his finger was beginning to bother him and went to the Doctor. The Doctor requested he return on Aug. 10. On Aug. 10 the Doctor determined that his finger was infected and had his finger lanced.
