The dipper stick portion of the hydraulic hammer assembly was cribbed on a pallet. Employee stepped on the edge of the pallet which shook the stick and hit the outside of EE's foot. Employee said was okay and continued working. When EE went home and removed the boot, EE saw the blood and laceration and went to the hospital for treatment where EE received 10 stitches.

Showing all 5EE was changing the cutting edge on the JD844. While holding the edge with one hand and removing the bolt with the other, the bolt spun. It cut through his glove and cut his finger. First aid was admin. and EE was taken to the hospital for care.
EE was changing cutting edges. The cutting edge were sitting on the jack and he had his hands liner the edge lining up the holes. Another EE came to help and moved the jack. The edge was wedged against the bucket. The edge released pinching ee left hand.
He was manually sliding a steel plate off a wooden pallet so he could hook a clamp to it. The plate slide quick and pinched his finger against a wheel on the welding machine next to him.
HE WAS WINDING THE FUEL HOSE AND IT WAS TWISTED. WHEN HE HIT THE BUTTON THE NOZZLE POPPED OFF AND HIT HIM IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FACE.
