Employee was attempting to turn the bowl on the Standard crusher at the Tertiary when one of the pull lugs on the bowl broke off. It struck the employee in the leg just below the boot line causing a fracture in the Tibula.
While pulling hose on pumper truck felt severe pain in neck. Employee did not seek medical attention until 7/16/07.
While shoveling a pile of stemming, he hit a large rock in pile & felt sharp pain in shoulder. Shoulder strain

A steel bar had been inserted under a conveyor belt to hold it up while cutting a portion of a metal plate. When attempting to pull the bar out the opposite end slipped off the conveyor frame resulting in the weight of the bar pinching employee's finger tip.
