Showing all 9EE was doing repair work in shop. Heavy steel ring from disassembling a cone dropped to floor. Steel ring landed on upper part of right foot. (Above steel toe protection). Possible surgery to relieve blood pressure in right foot.
Employee was moving a hoisted hose reel. Hose reel support gave way. Hose reel fell on EE's right ankle, it caused a fracture to his right ankle.
EE was releasing pressure from 45 hydro cone. Handle got away, hitting his right hand and inside forearm. Resulted in deep cut on forearm, also cut on left hand. Sutures required.
