Showing all 8Employee was replacing cutting edge on a 988 loader. While removing a plow bolt he used his hand to keep the bolt from turning. When bolt loosened it fell out of lock groove and spun, which cut his left ring finger.
Employee was cleaning up stuff around yard, he was moving some wooden blocks. When he picked up the wooden blocks he felt a pain in left region of lower back.
Employee was replacing V-belts on collector. Four v-belts had been replaced and he was working on the fifth; when his left pinky became wedged between the belt and the motor sheave.
Employee was doing winter maintenance. He was climbing over I beam and when he got home that night, he noticed lump by groin.
On Monday 9/24/07 employee and another employee were lifting a truck tire onto back of pick up truck. The next day employee was walking up the hill to pouch in and his back tightened and became painful.
