Drill operator was helping blaster load shot. Blast hole was being loaded with 13 pound sticks. While reaching for a stick the driller states his back "went out". Originally diagnosed as a sprain & no lost time at work. Condition worsened after physical therapy. Re-diagnosis revealed bulged disc. EE is restricted to drill operating only & has no physical labor.
