Employee was checking the oil on his Cat 980-F loader at the end of the work day. When he closed the access door a piece of dirt flew up and lodged underneath the eye lid. He worked the next day and went to hospital ER after work and had the foreign object removed. No lost time.

While moving a Cat. D11 single flange roller onto a pallet, the middle finger of the right hand was pinched between the roller shaft and another roller causing a 3 cm laceration in the finger. Employee received 9 stitches and returned to work following the medical treatment.

EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A TABLE BUSHING OUT OF THE MECHANIC'S TRUCK. BUSHING SLIPPED & CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BUSHING & THE TRUCK BUMPER.

Employee was helping lift a piece of feeder chain when he felt a sharp pain in chest and lower back. Employee had suffered a severe burn injury of the upper chest from an earlier accident.
