EE was removing pin from cylinder on 214 rock truck. EE left pin hanging in the eye to reposition self to finish removing and during this process the pin fell sticking EE on right middle finger.
Lead Blaster was loading wet bags in bore holes directly from pump truck and experienced pain in lower back.

EE WAS HELPING LOAD MATERIAL BEING MOVED FROM THE MANCHESTER MINE TO THE NEW MINE IN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY AL. AN EYE WHICH HAD BEEN WELDED ONTO A PIECE OF STEEL BROKE OFF WHILE BEING LOADED ONTO TRUCK.
