EE was pulling miner cable & strains EE's back. EE didn't tell anyone until the next morning and EE refused medical treatment that day. EE was then taken to Mountain Instant Care on 4/14/16 for evaluation.
He bent over to move a piece of belt structure out of his way and hurt his back.

EE WAS TRYING TO LINE UP A HOLE TO CONNECT A BLADE JACK WHEN THE JACK SLIPPED AND SMASHED THE END OF HIS FINGER. THE INJURED FINGER WAS HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER.
