Showing all 6EE was in the process of checking anitfreeze in a 992G Loader. He began to remove the radiator cap and hot anitfreeze came out, striking EE on the chest, stomach and left hand, resulting in a burn to his left hand and stomach.
Employee had installed a bearing and it was crooked. Was trying to remove it, and while hitting it, he missed the bearing. He was in the process of trying to get his hand out of the way, when his finger struck a sharp object and cut his finger.
