Removing a pin on the barrel end of a Tilt Cylinder of a 992G loader and didn't have the linkage secured. When the pin came out the cylinder slid forward and the bar that was being used to push the pin out struck the Right hand pinky finger. Broken Finger

Employee was stripping electrical cable when the utility knife he was using slipped causing a laceration to the upper portion of his right hand (web area between thumb and index finger) requiring 5 sutures to close.

Employee was using a hand pry bar to unlodge a rock in the crusher chute. The bar slipped pinching his right thumb between the bar and chute wall.
