Removing a pin on the barrel end of a Tilt Cylinder of a 992G loader and didn't have the linkage secured. When the pin came out the cylinder slid forward and the bar that was being used to push the pin out struck the Right hand pinky finger. Broken Finger

Employee was using a hand pry bar to unlodge a rock in the crusher chute. The bar slipped pinching his right thumb between the bar and chute wall.
Employee was using a razor knife to cut open an electrical loom when the knife slipped cutting his left middle finger.
Wrenching down a bolt when wrench slipped off bolt and struck employee on tooth, chipping the tooth. No other injury involved.
