Miner was installing a rubber guard. The rubber was too large. Miner is right hand dominant. Miner held the rubber in place with right hand and used a utility knife in left hand to cut the rubber. The knife slipped and cut the middle section of ring finger on right hand. Miner received 3 stitches.

While tightening a lug nut on the HSI crusher, the wrench slipped causing their hand to come in contact with a metal plate resulting in a fairly deep cut on the thumb of the right hand.
