Employee was moving a distribution box that was on a pallet with a pallet jack. While pulling the pallet jack towards self, EE felt a pain in RT forearm. Employee has a pulled muscle in the RT forearm.
Employee was stripping cable and came into contact with a utility knife through the employee's glove. Employee received 4 stitches.

Employee reached out to catch self and finger landed on the end of the bull pin right as the other employee was striking it. The weather was reported to be calm winds and approximately 45F.
