The tech and tech helper had removed a 650K Dozer roller frame from the machine and it on the ground. The roller frame had to be turned over to repair bottom rollers. The tech and helper used 2 slate/pry bars to roll the roller frame over. As the roller frame rolled over the slate/pry bar struck the tech on the left face area near the jaw causing a 2" laceration.

The employee was using a utility knife to cut zip ties when the knife slipped and lacerated the left arm. Three (3) stitches were used to close the wound.
