Employee was cutting corrugated pipe with a razor knife. Knife slipped and stabbed them in the left forearm, resulting in four stitches in the left forearm.

Employee mounted a tire on a rim. They then placed a ratchet strap onto the tire & applied pressure to help seat the tire. The tire was inflated which applied additional pressure to the strap. Upon releasing the strap, the employee's glove got entangled in the gear of the strap & subsequently caused a laceration to their left middle finger.

Employee was dislodging material from dryer transition using a sledgehammer. EE struck the flange for the access door and smashed the tip of middle finger on right hand. As a result, EE has a "displaced fracture of distal phalanx of right middle finger, initial encounter for closed fracture".
