Employee had help prying an unbolted and stuck point rail, with a slate bar, and as the slate bar became dislodged out of point rail the employee's left foot stayed planted on ground as EE was falling backwards. Afterwards the employee heard something snap in EE's left ankle.

Employee was cutting up old belt into small pieces to be able to remove. EE's knife blade broke while cutting towards self and EE struck EE's right leg just above EE's knee. EE received six stitches.
Laborer was torquing bolts on a check valve to spec. Their hand slipped off wrench scraping finger on a bolt.. possibly leaving a piece of metal in the wound. Laborer not realizing. The piece of metal was in their finger. Let it go over the weekend, causing an infection.
