Employee was assisting in the tear down and loading of D10N dozer onto a lowboy. The ROPS structure was removed and was being placed on the rear deck of the lowboy. As the structure was set down a lifting chain came loose and struck the employee.
EE was pulling a backhoe counter weight on a roll-back truck, when the chain broke causing the tow cable to strike the EE in the mouth.
