Employee was refueling a water pump when the diesel fuel oil splashed back into his eyes.

EE WAS GETTING ON A HITACHI BACKHOE WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS LEFT ELBOW

EE was climbing on the backhoe when his foot slipped and he fell on his side on the tracks of the backhoe.

Mechanic was unloading a water pump with a mechanic's truck and hydraulic crane. When the mechanic set the pump down he slipped on the mud and caught his left hand in the lift bar on the pump and smashed his finger.
