WHILE PULLING HARD ON A PIPE WRENCH AS HE WAS WO RKING TO REPAIR AN AIR LINE, THE INJURED FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS ABDOMEN. HE SUFFERED A HERNIA THAT WAS REPAIRED SURGICALLY ON THE 19TH OF FEBRUARY.
THE INJURED WAS HELPING PRY A PINION GEAR ONTO ASHAFT WHEN THE BAR SLIPPED, ALLOWING HIM TO SLIPAND FALL TO THE FLLOR, STRAINING HIS BACK.
WHILE HELPING RE-SOCKET THE DRAGLINE HOIST CABLE, THE INJURED PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS BACK. HE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL HELP. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER DOCTOR GAVE HIM A PRESCRIPTION AND SENT HIM BACK TO WORK.
WHILE SWINGING SLEDGE HAMMER WORKING ON A BACKHOE, THE INJURED STRAINED HIS SHOULDER. RECEIVED TWO PRESCRIPTIONS.
