EE was driving a pin back in the blade of cat D11N Bulldozer with sledge hammer when a piece of metal came off hammer and struck EE in abdomen causing a laceration. EE was given a tetanus shot and antibiotics and RTW.

EE was using a pry bar to remove a fiber bearing from a control arm on 16G Road Grader, when bearing abruptly came out, striking EE in the mouth, causing 4 stitches and a temporary bridge on 2 teeth.

EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING CHANGE THE BUCKET TEETH ON 994 END LOADER. HE WAS DRIVING THE PIN OUT OF THE HOLDER WHEN A PIECE OF METAL CAME OFF THE PIN AND STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT FOREARM.
