EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HIM AND TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE USING BARS TO DISLODGE AN OLD MOTOR WHEN THE MOTOR BROKE LOOSE THE BAR HE WAS USING STRUCK HIM IN THE LEFT EAR HE WAS KNOCKED OUT AND FELL FROM A HEIGHT OF 3 1/2FT STRIKING THEMOTOR WITH HIS BACK AND SIDE
