IN A PREVIOUS INJURY,NAME,WAS REPAIRING THE TRAM PUMP ON A D40K DRILL.HE HAD THE PUMP PINCHED UPP ABOUT 4" WITH A CHAIN HOIST.THE HOIST SLIPPED AND THE INJURED CAUGHT HIS HAND AND FINGER ON TH E PUMP.THE INJURED DID NOT MISS WORK AT THE TIME.HOWEVER,DUE TO LIGAMENT DAMAGE,SURGERY WAS REQUIRED AND HE STARTED MISSING TIME OM 03-08-88.
