RED LINE CASE. Injury date was 3/9/15 did not become restricted until 3/13/2015. Closing blow off valve, was loosening up a valve with a 8 lb hammer, felt pain in right elbow.
Temporary leased employee was working under plant supervision when he smashed his left middle finger while using a pipe wrench. The injury resulted in a laceration that required stitches.
