TWO MEN WERE CHANGING TOGGLE BLOCKS ON PRIMARY JAW. THEY WERE TAKING THE NUTS OFF OF THE TENSION ROD, THE ROD SNAPPED PROJECTING THE SPRING WASHER INUT AND THE BUSTENED OFF. ONE MAN EE, WAS ST RUCK ON FOREHEAD. HE WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AND RECEIVED 8 STITCHES.
EE WAS CHANGING AN ANVIL ON ISC CRUSHER & STUCK IT WITH A HAMMER A CHIP BUSTED OFF THE HAMMER STRIKING EE IN THE CHEEK REQUIRED 4 STITCHES
EE WAS CUTTING THE CORNERS OF A CONVEYOR BELT WHEN THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS RIGHT LEG ABOVE THE KNEE.
