The ee was sitting in a 771 haul truck being loaded with a 988 loader with spoils from the pit floor to be hauled to the dump. EE said that the truck rocked and he heard a pop and felt a pain go in his back.

The employee was climbing into the cab of the excavator when raising his leg he felt a pain in his lower leg. He did not want medical attention at this time.

Employee was originally being treated for heat exhaustion, but after being transported to the hospital, they discovered he was having a heart attack.

EE WAS CHANGING AN ANVIL ON ISC CRUSHER & STUCK IT WITH A HAMMER A CHIP BUSTED OFF THE HAMMER STRIKING EE IN THE CHEEK REQUIRED 4 STITCHES
