EMPLOYEE WAS USING A COTTON SWAB IN HIS RIGHT EAR WHICH HAD AN ITCH. THE EMPLOYEE TURNED HIS HEAD TO THE RIGHT WHEN HE THOUGHT SOMEONE HAD CALLED HIM, HITTING A FIRST AID BOX WITH THE SWAB IN HIS EAR, PUSHING THE SWAB FURTHER INTO THE EAR.
