IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING THE SKYLINE CABLE ON THE YARDER, THE CABLE BECAME BOUND BETWEEN UPPER AND LOWER SHEAVES IN THE BUCKET CARRAGE. THE CARRAGE WAS SITTING IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION BEING HELD THERE BY THE BOUND CABLE. ATTEMPTED TO FREE W/HAMMER, CABLE CAME FREE, CARRAGE ROLLLED OVER PINNING EMPLOYEE'S ANKLE.

EE WAS CHAINGING A SPRAY NOZZLE ON A GRAVEL SCREEN. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE NOZZLE AS HE WAS PULLING AND HE FELL BACKWARD OFF OF THE SCREEN AND FLIPPED OVER THE HAD RAILING. HE LANDED ON HI S NECK AND SHOULDERS. HE HAS 3 BROKEN VERTIBRAE IN NECK AREA. HE IS IN THE HOSPITAL IN SALEM OR DR DO NOT EXPECT PERMANENT PARALYSIS.
