EE WAS CUTTING THE TAPE OFF OF THE 4160 LEADS GOING TO THE MOTOR ON THE DREDGE. THE TIGHT AREA BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE MOTOR WAS CAUSING HIM TO CUT BACK TOWARD HIM. HE SLIPPED THROUGH A SOFT SPOT AND CUT HIS WRIST, REQUIRING TWO STITCHES.

EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING BOLTS LOOSE ON THE LINER OF THE PUMP WITH AN 1 5/8" WRENCH, PUSHING DOWNWARD WITH BOTH HANDS. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF SENDING HIS HANDS DOWN AGAINST THE NEXT BOLT BELOW, SMA SHING HIS MIDDLE FINGER. HE WAS WORKING UNDER HURRIED CONDITIONS AND WITHOUT GLOVES ON.

EE WAS ADDING PIPELINE TO THE END OF THE PIPELINE. HE STEPPED OFF THE PIPELINE ONTO A FLATER AND HANDED A COME-ALONG TO A CO WORKER. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL INTO THE LAKE, TWISTING HIS LE FT ANKLE.
