WAS JACKING A DERAILED TRAMMER ONTO THE TRACK WHEN THE JACK SLIPPED. THE JACK STRUCK HIS HARD HAT, BREAKING THE BRIM AND THEN STRUCK HIM IN THE FACE. THE JACK PUSHED THE BROKEN PIECE OF HARD HAT INTO HIS FACE CUTTING HIM BELOW THE EYE AND THE JACK HIT HIS NOSE.
