WORKER ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE BIT ON DRILL. SWINGING SLADGEHAMMER IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE CHANGE. ON THE 6TH SWING, WORKER FELT A PAIN IN HIS RIGHT BICEPS. LATER CONFIRMED BY MRI AS A TORN BICEPS TENDON.
