Employee was helping to flip the blow Bars at the Hazemag crusher area; pounding out wedges. A piece of metal flew out of the area where they were hammering, hit employee in the left arm, and became embedded in the arm.

The miner was installing a rubber screen. It was too long so he decided to trim off the excess with a utility knife. It slid and caused a laceration to his left forearm approximately 2 1/2" in length.
