EE was replacing a bearing on a track jaw crusher tail pulley. EE was holding a bar while EE's supervisor struck it with a sledge hammer to push the bearing down the shaft. Sledge hit EE on RT index finger causing laceration and fracture of the tip of the finger. Treated with stitches and splint at nearby Workmed office.
