Showing all 3EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING A SLAB FROM THE SAW BAY. HE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO LIFT A SLAB IN ORDER TO BLOCK IT UP FOR THE CRANE STRAPS. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED OUT AND HIT THE EMPLOYEE ON BRIDGE OF HIS NOSE AND ABOVE HIS LEFT EYE CUTTING THE AREA OPEN.
A SLEDGE HAMMER WAS BEING USED TO CONSTRUCT A NEW PARTITION WALL IN THE SHOP. THE HAMMER SLIPPED OUT OF THE EE'S GLOVED HANDS AND WAS FLUNG IN A PATH TO STRIKE EE BETWEEN THE EYES. HE SLUNG HI S HEAD TO TRY TO AVOID THE IMPACT AND HIS HARD HAT CAME OFF AND THE HAMMER STRUCK HIM IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD.
