Showing all 3Employee was removing blow bar from crusher unit using a small hammer to dislodge blowbar. A small piece of the blow broke loose and lodged in his arm. We took the employee to clinic to remove fragment. Injury will required a few stitches. No loss of function of arm.
2 EMPLOYEES WERE REINSTALLING A PIN INTO RAIL ON DOZER TRACKS. ONE EE STRUCK THE PIN WITH HAMMER & IT FLEW OUT OF HOLE & HIT INJURED ON THE SAFETY GLASSES. GLASSES CUT EE ABOVE EYE.
