HE WAS SHOVELING ROCK AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT SHOULDER RESULTING IN INFLAMMATION TO HIS SHOULDER CAUSING SEVERE PAIN. HE HAD ALSO BEEN USING A SLADGE HAMMER.
