The associate was cutting a piece of rubber for a rock shaker when the knife that he was using slipped and cut the back of his left hand. The cut was approximately 1/2". It does not appear that any damage was done beyond a soft tissue flesh wound.

EE WAS CUTTING A HOSE WITH A KNIFE. EE WAS PULLING KNIFE TOWARD HIMSELF AND WHEN THE HOSE CUT THE KNIFE INADVERTANTLY CUT THE TOP OF HIS LEFT ARM CAUSING HIM TO GET SEVERAL STITCHES.
EE WAS USING A KNIFE TO ENLARGE A BOLT HOLE IN A WEAR LINER. THE KNIFE SLIPPED CAUSING A STAB WOUND IN THE LEFT HAND.
