Showing all 17EE was cutting a band on a bundle of bolts and something hit him in the eye. No one knew he had sought treatment for the incident until we received a bill from him on 6/22/15. He was given eye drops as a prescription and was told to follow up with the doctor on 1/28/15. I got the e-mail on 6/29/15. The first day of vacation.
Employee was making a belt splice and cut his leg with a utility knife. It took four stitches.
