Employee reported that on 7/19, as he was attaching a water hose to a water line, he felt a pain in his lower back. He did not report it to his supervisor until the next day, 7/20 after clocking in. He was seen by the local clinic which took him off work for a back and hip strain. His lost time began on 7/21.

One of the chains slipped allowing the bearing to twist and drop two inches, hitting employees left thumb and breaking it.
