EE was cleaning out a rock and snow jam with a digging bar when a rock fell down and struck a finger which was holding the digging bar. Closed fracture of right ring finger. EE on restricted duty, but never lost any time.

Employee was changing out the grappler to the excavator for the bucket. When he knocked out the pin (with a 5" long bar) the articulating arm on the grappler fell down and struck the bar. The bar then struck the employee on the right side of his jaw.
Employee was trimming rubber skirting when the knife blade self adjusted causing it to jump and cut his thumb.
