Employee suffered a laceration to EE's right index finger as EE was cutting away cable insulation with a razor knife. Required 3 stitches to close the wound.

The injured employee was working on the #1C/M on the South Mains #2 Unit, changing the left side ripper motor in the #4 heading. The process of changing the motor requires a lot of physical movement and the use of small tools to aid in positioning. While prying to move the motor in place the injured employee suffered pain in right shoulder.
