Technician was hammering with sledge hammer and hit his left hand pinky (lower hand on hammer handle). Finger on fixed adjustment bolt which broke the bone in the finger.

Employee was cutting plastic tie wrap with pocket knife when the knife slipped and cut his left hand on the side of his forefinger. Cut required sutures and employee was able to return to work with no restrictions.

Employees were removing a shaker bearing when the hammer used to drive the bearing loose from the housing chipped off and struck an employee just in front of his right ear that required sutures and prescription medication.

Employee was installing a skirt board on a conveyor when the pry bar he was using slipped and pinched his finger between the bar and an I-Beam that resulted in a cut to his right index finger that required sutures. Employee was released to return to work on the same day.
