Employee was injured on 1/7/23 and was treated via first aid measures until 1/25/23 when they saw a specialist who then placed restrictions on their work. Employee was using a 3/4" ratchet to loosen a tail-pulley nut. The ratchet slipped from the nut and caused the employees arm to jolt resulting in an injury to the shoulder.

Showing all 4A contractor technician was removing a sprocket with a mallet from a skid steer when a metal fragment from the sprocket shot out and went into their eye.
Employee was cleaning material under the Cone when employee hit hard material in the center of the pile. The employee felt a "pop" between the shoulder blades and had pain in neck.
Technician was striking a tie rod ball stud with a hammer to remove it from the socket. As technician struck the ball stud, a small metal fragment broke off of the ball stud and went under face shield embedding in employee's neck. Fragment was removed from local clinic with no complications. No list time.
