EE WAS USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO BREAK A LARGE ROCK THAT WAS STUCK IN THE CRUSHER. EE SLIPPED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PULLED HIM BACK. EE TWISTE DAND SCRAPED HIS BACK FROM THE FORCE OF THE FALL.
