EE WAS USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO BREAK A LARGE ROCK THAT WAS STUCK IN THE CRUSHER. EE SLIPPED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PULLED HIM BACK. EE TWISTE DAND SCRAPED HIS BACK FROM THE FORCE OF THE FALL.

HE WAS LIFTING 80 LB. BAGS OF LIME TO LOAD A TRUCK. AS HE WAS LIFTING A BAG, HE FELT HIS BACK MUSCLES TIGHTEN UP AND HE COULD NOT STRAIGHTEN UP. DOCTOR DIAGNOSED IT AS A MUSCLE SPASM.
