They were trying to get the door to the clay washer hopper opened wider. LC was using a maul to hit the door. He hit the door a couple times and raise up to hit it again and noticed blood and when he looked his finger was dangling.

HE WAS PUTTING 2 STEEL PIPE TOGETHER. THE CHAIN BAND HE WAS USING TO BAND TOGETHER BROKE AND THE PIPE SLIPPED AND HIT HIS KNEE.
HE WAS CHANGING DOOR SHORT ON SHAKER SCREEN. HAD TO USE THE HAMMER. WAS HOLDING DOOR. WHEN HAMMER SLIPPED AND HIT HIS FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND.
