Contact with heat

They were working on the dredge hooking the pipe line up to the dredge and EE got too hot. EE was taken to the Hospital in Columbia and was given a drip. They did some blood work and said there was a problem not pertaining to EE getting too hot and told EE to follow up with family Doctor on Monday 8/1/16. Which EE did.

He was helping to change the runner on gravel plant on the dredge when the jaws on the pipe wrench broke and hit him on the hand and chest.

They were changing screens on the sand plant. Employee's foot sliped and he caught his leg on a piece of iron and cut it.

Was working on pump on dredge went to put front face plate on. Where it slides to connect got hand caught between the plate and face plate.

He was jacking the track back on the trackhoe with a come-a-long and the chain broke on the come-a-long. The track fell on his left leg hitting him on the leg about the shin area.

EE WAS COMING DOWN A LADDER OFF THE PLANT - WAS ON THE BOTTOM STEP & HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON A ROCK AND HIS KNEE HIT A PIECE OF STEEL ON PLANT.
