An employee was opening a parts container in the Cashman warehouse. Employee was using a razor knife to break a zip tie on the container. They pulled the knife toward themselves and the container slipped, causing the knife to lacerate their wrist between the coat cuff and cut resistant glove cuff. The laceration required 3 sutures to close.

Employee felt a pop in their shoulder on 3/22/2016 and later noticed a deformity with their arm. It was determined that EE had a rotator cuff and biceps tear but surgery was not needed at that time. Due to continuous loss of strength in that arm, the employee requested surgery which occurred on 5/18/2020.

The employee was transported to the RMGC Clinic where they received 11 sutures. The employee was released to restricted duty.

While changing out an equalizer bar on a D10R Track Dozer, an employee had his hand in a pinch point between the equalizer bar and Dozer frame while he was using a wrench. The employee's left pinky and ring finger were pinched between the frame and equalizer bar resulting in a crushing/amputation injury to these two fingers.
